Very nice and Cooperative people. I did oil change of My civic. Stmosphere for Customer area is nice childcare play area also there. Inside mechanic also brief me about the problem and diagnosis. Scot and other CS are both very nice people.

I scheduled an oil change here because the price they had listed outside was so great! What a wonderful surprise to hear “we’ve got a play area” when I was trying to schedule around my kids not having to be dragged along. I envisioned a small corner of toys and was blown away by the area provided for children. My girls were so ecstatic and had such a fun time while we waited for my oil change and tire rotation. This is a great place to get work done if you have kids, especially if it’s freezing out and I’ll probably try to coordinate to be back on one of those just-too-hot days in the summer as well! The customer service was top notch, everyone is so warm and welcoming. It was such a breath of fresh air to see a place that values children’s play over screens and boredom. Thank you Doc Motor Works!
